From me so far
Why did he roam
We live together
Orbit different planets
A breath away
Yet so far apart
Oh how I long for connection
Desperately crave his affection
Yet he pushes me further away
With each passing day
I remember when we began
Chemistry, passion, unquenchable thirst
Now cool disinterest and hurt
Is all I find
Where did my beloved go
Oh how I miss him so
I long to feel his sweet caress
Taste his lips
Hear his voice
And rekindle the fire we had
